10 Operating Principles
On Direction
Be story-first: Nail the hook to pre-sell the movie, build the preview, scale the release.
Be outbound-first: We proactively seek opportunity, ultimately manufacturing luck.
Be high-leverage: Internal product-driven ops: we find 10x productivity gains from current or new AI-enabled tools, integrate into our workflow, measure and own metrics that clearly indicate gains.
Tools > people. Marketing > sales.
Pre-meditated call > another email.
Orchestration of writing, templates/tools, or vendors > Using people’s time.
On Communication
Say the quiet part out loud: Trade short-term tension for long-term trust, tactfully.
Internal transparency, external discretion: Low-to-no announcements, customer DMs OK.
Responsiveness: We make quick decisions with information, slow comms delay progress.
On Time and Timing
The customer decides our schedule: M-F 4-8pm + Sat/Sun 1pm-6pm are customer-facing installs and support.
Work like a Lion, yearly: 9:9:6 with Mondays off until KPI is met, rest (information only, no execution), then set a new KPI.
10. A "Boiler Room" or "Cave Mode " of intense focus beats dozens of intermittent meetings over a few weeks.

We plan in years but execute in days, not weeks or months.

We typically reach out to you first, and we don't do public job postings. If you want to join the mission, propose a project you believe is a good idea.
This will be your first 3-6 months if you're hired, so make it count.
